Am i losing my mind or are people just simply becoming worse?
I don't think it's been easier for the average person to be an utter cunt and face no real consequences for it, everyone is getting more self centered, less empathetic, and views other human beings as commodities that they can replace when they get bored. Every conversation I start with a Woman my age has a hostile undertone, as if I am seen as a pest or a nuisance before I've even done anything. Like everyone is waiting for a reason to screw someone else over, or they'll screw you over for no reason simply because they felt like it. Nearly every person in my life has done this to me, no matter how nice they initially seem. It's like I'm being punished for trying to be a decent person and trying to make friends, what is the benefit? It has only caused me suffering, I think I'd be farther ahead in life if I was as cruel as everyone else.
