You play bot matches and learn items. Play easy heroes like Abrams, Warden and Mo&Krill then slowly move to more complex ones, never have downtime, just farm and farm between fights.
Don't skip green items, some are very good for the price like Healbane.

First come. First serve. There's plenty of jungle creeps in pisslow that are going to waste if you aren't taking them so you shouldn't feel bad. Unless you drop your wallet of thousands of unsecured souls for the enemy to steal, then you should feel really bad.
