No, you gain way more XP staying near certain moving enemies. If you sit and stay crouched on top of the chain link fence in flathill like picrel, he will never detect you as long as you have the armor effect up. You can sit and stay there until your guy needs to sleep or take a shit, I just got up and did chores around my house until my soup buffs ran out lol

Thanks to the anon who recommended Flathill for grinding Sneak XP last thread, I was able to optimize it a little further by getting the crystal nigga armor and staying crouched near the composer in front of the courthouse, you can legit AFK farm sneak XP this way since he always stays in range of you and he can't see you while you're cloaked. Halfway tempted to just leave the game running overnight and just be done with it but given how badly optimized this game is I don't wanna fry my GPU.
