I know this is a thinly veiled political thread, and I know zoomers can't remember that there was a point in time before 2015, but most movies did not parody Bush. They made allusions to his Presidency, because exciting things were going on at the time, and both sides had something to say. The Dark Knight was basically pro-War on Terror while V for Vendetta was anti.

People really forget, and zoomers were in kindergarten, but large swathes of Hollywood were saying 9/11 was done by Bush.
