there's a balance between being absurdly hard-headed and insisting you're correct on every change despite the mountain of complaints suggesting otherwise
and then instantly caving in the moment it starts to seem like you've made a mistake, and NN are apologizing as such several times a season
and again there is a balance when it comes to adding seasonal changes
adding in a couple new features or altering how an existing system works is fine, but just completely overhauling everything constantly suggests that the game cannot stand on its own two legs and they're just trying everything they think of in a panicked manner and blindly hoping it helps
