i'll explain the problem/negative opinion here.
anyone can play and love ninja gaiden as a game.
not everyone goes past hard mode and actually understands what they're playing mechanically.
no one wants to listen to dudes who spam flying swallow on ninja dog and have no clue what shuriken cancel is.

some people think ninja gaiden is just mindless blood and gore now, and see nothing wrong with parries and dodge slowdown.
