Scryfall calls it Marvel's Spider-Man Eternal. It looks like it's the name for the Scene Box that had these guys in them.

Are they welcome decks? They're labeled under the same thing as these art cards which it looked like were part of a Scene Box. Though I guess anything is possible right now until we get proper information of what's going on.
