As someone who plays a shitton of games that fit in this catagory I find that scalies and avians are usually portrayed as villains or anti-heroes. But I have not played every single game in existence so obviously there will be counterpoints.

Picrel as guy in the middle is the villain of this trio.

One of the lead animators at Behaviour has been showing off demos of these characters for a while with various test animations and poses. They've vaguely hinted at including them in a game but nothing else has been confirmed. They put out some good stuff so fingers crossed.
