It really is a shame the remake ended up the way it did. Everyone was pushing to buy it to encourage a sequel to be made, but it ultimately fell short because even with the shilling, fans couldn't really deny that it was subpar. It's brought up like every other thread, but I really would be fine with someone making a Klonoa fangame regardless of its contents. Anything that's earnestly trying to recapture that feeling of the old Klonoa would be soulful enough to make up for a lack of vision or polish in my book.
