On the negative/plus, I had a slight uptick in libido on the lower dose of Sertraline. Back on 200mg that will significantly diminish to the point of near non-existance. This is both a positive and negative, I still long for companionship but sex would be something I'd only feel like doing once every maybe 2 days at a push and even then might be "forced"

Problem with cooking bread is if only you are eating it its way too much bread to actually eat before it goes stale and the time/effort required to cook a few slices of bread isn't worth it. If I want hot bread I'd just buy the part baked ones in supermarket, Sainsburys do a good olive part baked ciabiatta
