Phainon sex

So how does 3 starring work for Anomaly endgame? I have E2 Phainon and E1 Archer teams but then my 3rd will be quite ad hoc so I'm wondering if one of my actual teams is good enough to 2* then does my 3rd team not actually have to do anything? I can fight Boss 1 and Boss 2, and skip the third entirely?

What are Castorice's weaknesses? Im a newb and I only have Phainon and Archer teams. I'm considering March/Cyrene but I could maybe skip and hold on until 4.0 meta. That's going to require some will on my part though as Im already holding on 177 pulls.

Best Kinich teams you can make against Stygian Plant D5 Fearless? No Emilie, Mavuika is on Cocijo. I have a C2R1 Kinich. I've trying Kinich, Baizhu, Bennett, MC right now. Maybe I can drop Baizhu and use Iansan or Ororon? Or Nahida? Pyro MC to either Xiangling or Dehya?

Also should I never use the Kinich cannons when the Papilla is in shield phase? Always time it so that my first Kinich Cannon is landing as soon as shield is down?
