Gull's banners performed well. Her summer banner last year matched CYL8's ranking performance. Reddit has an obvious hate boner for the character and Book VII, but that didn't stop the fact that Book VII had the most amount of speculation and discussion and Gull kept getting a bunch of New Year's fanart despite not existing as a unit.

Even when IS gives what the people want, shit flops. Look at CYL6 (people rallied for Tiki and didn't bother summoning her, monkey's paw be damned) and look at how stacked the coming August LME banner is. They know the homo community doesn't spend money on this game. They're just a very loud minority.

It's only this past United Front I am playing [someone else's] Sigurd, and honestly, this character is so disgusting that the community keeps rolling for powercreep pisses me off more than IS. You all are a bunch of enablers. I don't buy for a minute that the majority of people pulling for Sigurd are doing it " cause he looks cool" or cause they care about the lord.
