>How horrifying.
They want to know about your management style and ways you approach various work situations. At least I didn't have to talk into a webcam to answer the questions like others have to do, where AI reads your facial movements and analyzes your speech for "umms" and filler word to determine confidence and capability.

ty frens, I'll leave the ICE business if I do get it. My job in the ICE business has been very handy in staying employed whenever I wanted to change career directions, so its a handy back up. No one can make the ICE be as smooth as a sheet glass, like I can. At least no one in the tri-state areas as far as I have seen. There is a big difference in being a driver, and being an operator.

I answered realistically. I don't feel the need to puff myself up for first impressions. I let my work speak for itself. How they view the answers I gave is outside my control so I don't bother worrying about it. It's their own fault for setting up things the blurs fiction from reality when it comes to interview questions and responses, and trying to over analyze things that really are just simple and clear cut. If that want to inquire about how I might handle various situations that the test didn't cover, then I'll be forthcoming about it in my answers. Everyone hates bullshitters.
