Holy FUCK are you serious you dumb fucking nigger. I should just post the copypasta and laugh at you, but I'll bother actually replying. No, it isn't. The combat is the WORST part about Owlcat games BY FAR, it's all utter trash that has no tactics, no strategy, no THOUGHT involved at all. You either built your character right or you didn't, if you built them right you stat check through the encounter (after the added tedium casting buffs if it's Pathfinder) and that's it, that's the games combat. Rogue Traders only improvement on this was cutting out the buffs, but if you have any a modicum of intelligence the combat is nothing but Alpha Strike into everything dies by early to mid Act 2 at the latest. It really kills replayability in their games too, since the combat is a mindless chore since you're not really interacting with it in any real way. Owlcat seriously need to take lessons from how Larian builds their combats and encounters or their combat design will remain the absolute WORST thing about their games by far.

Yeah the writing for Yrliet is 100% garbage through and through. There's never a point it gets better. Her personal quest is the worst written companion quest in the game. Her interactions with the rest of the party are the worst written banters in the game. Her dialogue chains about both herself and Eldar in general are the worst written and least informative dialogue chains in the game. FFS you learn more about CW Eldar from talking to Marazhai than you do talking to her. I cannot fathom the faggots that actually defend this character, she is the worst thing Owlcat ever made.
