brickell is weird for me in that she literally does not give ANY buffs to water towers other than naval tactics which is only for a few seconds, so many other "leader" type upgrades/heroes buff their respective towers except brickell, the admiral of the entire navy
i guess i just don't like having to constantly use abilities and brickell's only real use is in her abilities
