im on 2 ssris rn but my doc was talking about putting me on antipsychotics

on 1 hand i wanna just stop eating and have a flat(ish) tummy
on the other im worried i will lose my ass hips and tits if i lose weight bc honestly the only reason i pass is bc im fat and that hides alot of my male features
think im gonna do 1 month of just 1 small meal a day and just take a sleeping pill whenever i feel hungry

i made it a few weeks clean but i relapsed a few days ago
cant even cut on the spots that give me the prettiest scars though since those spots are visible and im not trying to let anyone know i started again
