The chase scene was iconic with the jank toy combat vehicles as he struggled to out run them on his scooter. The little vehicles were delightfully creative. Team probably had a blast sketching it all out. I remember thinking it was the coolest shit around

Chucky sized killer from Small Soldiers or imitating it that can build little scrap traps and cars. Knee high traps that shoot forks and random shit into a survivor to hook them and start pulling them in. Killer in a little car can race over to the trapped survivor
