This, there's no point buying 2020 now. I've no idea when the sale will be, but SU3 'should' be out this month, probably towards the end, and I would say that'd be a good time to get it. Just remember that most of the bugs people talk about relating to 2024 are with the career mode, which was the main selling point for a lot of people.
