not really. Hard to find? sure. But not Unobtanium. I feel like there are 2 factors to what is unobtanium to someone is either stuff you are priced out of or stuff that are things like prototypes, one of a kind or they made 10 of them and they are all in private collections/museums.
I guess for the anons who are in shit milsurp markets and rely on auctions certain things can be considered unobtanium. But just save for a trip to Tulsa or Vegas show and you'll basically clean out there. Then just account for factor 1, price.
