The bombing campaign in Serbia was 250-500K NATO troops.
This show of force is only about 14-15K.
With support elements in the US we might talk about a few thousand more (strategic bombers mainly).
Venezuela should have no problem defending against it.
But with a Libya style civil war kicking off (see no indication of it), we could look at a potential threat.
