This right here is called a "Spaghetti Cheese"
Americans do this for a meal 5-10 times a week, so basically every day outside of some special occasion like BBQ or a Cheeseburger.
Spaghetti Cheese is sold by the pound (euro unit: kilo) and typically Americans will buy 1-2 kilos of Spaghetti Cheese as per standard.
It's not "hollywood sexy" so you don't see this in TV or movies but this is what drives the USA, day to day.
Consider that deeply before moving here. More than 9/10 Americans work like dogs, day-in, day-out, and eat this to sustain their activities.
