There's a fic where Rock kills Pantera to stop her from taking over Japan. This is because Light is racist as fuck against adepts (Wily ends up being the guy who likes em) and programmed his robots to ignore the laws of robotics when it came to adepts. Mega man feels bad, since Zonda had been his pen pal and she'd dumped a lot of her sad story on him. It's very badly written and very edgy, like most Gunvolt fanfics.

I get the feeling that Tsuda loves him, and everyone else lowkey resents him. His playstyle isn't great, he kills many of the hottest and most likable characters, and the love interest he settles upon is so boring that people forget she even exists.
