Daniel Owen did over 100 benchmarks for 9070 XT VS 5070 Ti and found that nvidia had NO ADVANTAGE in most RT scenarios. They only have an advantage in full Pathtracing games which there are less than five and this is because the FSR Redstone driver and feature update entirely focused on improving PT performance and image quality has not released yet. It will soon though before the end of the year.
