Umm anon, the jellyfish still cares about HP drain. It's just that Evernight can't generate it by herself. When Evernight OR Evey lose HP, Evernight gains 2 Memoria. And she also gets 1 Memoria from Memosprites acting, so Hyacine's LC hurts both, generating 4 Memoria, and 1 because Ica acts. Without Hyacine's LC, Hyacine only generates 1 Memoria. So her LC quintuplies your Memoria generation.
