It's easy, their dicks are just there to pee and to show that they're still men. Other than that, Astartes are pretty much eunuchs unable to feel sexual desire or romantic attraction. They don't exist to love or to raise families. They're child soldiers in the bodies of grown men, emotionally stunted on purpose beyond their brotherhood bonding and daddy issues.
Very, very few go beyond this, and usually are protagonists of stories so readers can have a connection to them

It's looking a little rough. Vehicle changes are a massive and great indirect buff just by virtue of how many vehicles the average SA list runs and the allied detachment in the new organisation means you can run some pretty full on SA support, but all the morale modifiers look like it'll be hell on earth for rifleman platoons and other infantry. If the close range lasrifles don't get extra damage or something then it's gonna be especially rough for firing lines to thousand cuts enemies to death. The damage system technically makes SA more capable in melee since they never really got access to instadeath anyway but like...Unless they're getting that new version of hatred it's still practically suicide running any form of SA melee.

Really it's hard to say, but it seems like it'll be dark days for the average man and his lasrifle until the liber clears shit up; what's happening with tercios, cohort doctrines, legiones auxilia, how the command structure is gonna look and how the command vox network functions will be the real tell tales.
