Not really used to drawing nudes. Can anyone recommend an artist that does good pubes without relying on rendering?

I swear that when I did the rough sketch for blocking out the figure it looked like a much more natural sort of relaxed stance? But once I added her gear a lot of that was lost.

I think I definitely need to grind out a bunch of poses and then redo them with this character to get a better sense of how to draw her.
