It is funny. Her two personality traits are childish and also occasionally perverted. It really speaks of Araragi. People really underrate just how nice Shinobu is. I'm sure she is completely happy with the situation now. But it is really amazing that she was willing to be optimistic pretty early on despite being humiliated in this way. I suppose she always did just want affection though. To be treated like a real person for once.
