Too many employees are stressed out, overworked, and underpaid. Everyone talks about how to fix these problems, but no one is addressing the underlying issue.
No one is sitting the right way.
Man was not meant to sit down in a chair. It is unnatural and leads to back and neck pain. What we need is a sitting revolution. A change from a hunched forward, neck forward posture to a more relaxed, reclining posture. Like the way you'd sit if you were flying to Paris in first class.
When your sitting posture is bad, it makes you feel bad. Studiess have linked it to low confidence, low self-esteem, and negative thoughts. Bad sitting posture is also partially responsible for all the hate spewed online. People would be much nicer to each other if they were more comfortable.
So tell me, /biz/- why haven't you taken the sit pill?
