Coming back with a follow up on this sliver deck I'm turning into a commander one.
Got a decent deal on some slivers at least going by a couple websites I looked at, just need to pick those up at some point.

So I still feel I need to work on spells, including getting those "game changer" cards but I'm not paying that kind of money. Also lands need to be sorted. So, I've got a few direct questions this time.
>How large of a deck should I make?
>What land options should I use?
>Which game changers are good?
>Bonus: suggestions for sliver choices?
I'll be messing around with what I'm putting in the deck, but the mana part is the big thing for me right now.

Dusted off my old sliver deck after I got a tutorial on commander recently.
Haven't played magic in ages, and I was really casual even back then. I'd love to get some suggestions on how to go about making pic related into something that can go against modern decks.
