Very true, also prep from the previous night helps a lot.
It's also much less expensive and healthy - you can't put a price on health. For the time you can cook something - you can order or go somewhere to get it, it's a no brainer if you know how to cook. If you don't there's gorrilions of hours of youtube videos ( that's where I learned to cook )
