I crave the NEET life
Am I being a spoiled brat? I've been working in a call center for more than 1yr now. I absolutely hate it. It pays very well but I have hit a breaking point and plan to quit very, very soon. My lease ends in 2 months and instead of renewing, I am planning to just quit my job and move to a vacant property my mom owns in a small town.
I have a perma NEET brother who my parents are putting him up in that house for free. I visited him a while back and he's living the NEET dream. Playing vidya all day, chilling, no stress, also its a rural area so none of the annoying hustle and bustle of the city.
Ever since then I thought to myself, why the fuck am I living in a city I hate, working a job I hate, when meanwhile I could just do the same as him and just NEET it up in comfort?
Is this immoral? Should I even give a fuck even if it is?
It isn't like I'm ever getting laid or making a family of my own anyways. Idgaf about social status either. The way I see it, why should I work tirelessly and suffer the indignities of wageslavery when I could just enjoy freedom? My lifestyle already isn't much different than the typical NEET other than I have to grind out 12 hour shifts every week just to support my own living expenses. Why not cut out the BS and just live a liberated NEET lifestyle? My mom obviously doesn't want this but if I told her I already quit my job I don't think she'd let me be homeless. It's not like I'd even be taking up her space. No one even stays there until my NEET brother moved in

OK but marital rape (aka paternity fraud) needs to be treated as a criminal matter. It's far more harmful both to individuals AND society than forceful sex, yet far from being treated as the heinous crime that it is, society goes even further by basically encouraging it though no-fault divorces (or making paternity testing illegal in France)
