Considering he takes opinions from his playtesters, yes. This was also after 4 years of Spamton overdose and there was legitimate worry people were getting burnt out and would get annoyed that the next chapter focuses on his ex.

A single BIG SHOT era Spamton & Tenna's TV Time Poster would make half his fanbase go wild and perform demonic rituals.
He already covered his bases with Gerson in ch4 saying art can be reinterpreted and remixed by anyone. So even if he doesn't add more Spamtenna content(maybe for the best because his romance writing SUCKS), all the fan content is considered equally valid. We might even get an official Toby Fox-sanctioned doujin, that would be really shocking and put another million into his pockets. tl;dr he already won in the only way that matters
