Even with Portable's script, the fact that Fuuka is just climbing on the jungle gym instead of being trapped inside it is something a human being could've inferred, but somehow the writers/animators of Reload screwed that up too

It doesn't, anon is generalising whereas personas are closer to self-actualisation (finding fulfilment) and evokers are about using that to fight and overcome the death drive
It's subtly different but it is distinct, because it does manifest as confidence in the face of impossible odds, but it's less "yeah, I'd win" and more "yeah, I'd fight anyway", you just happen to win because your will is stronger than your enemies
And on top of that, it's not nonsense, that's literally how Persona works, so at worst it's dream logic but it's more like reality is magical since the collective unconscious is real and impacts 'reality'

Also Reload bungled Fuuka's social link by rewriting it platonically, part of her self-confidence arc is in her finding the strength to flirt and admit she has feelings for you
