S rover and verina are more than enough for neutral/spectro-shilling towers.
90% of the time, your characters will be running around in the over world, killing fodder mobs, and you don't need an optimal team for that.

My overworld team is Zani, Cartethyia, and Augusta cause I like those 3 the most.

Zani is my favorite character in the game, but Cartethyia is probably the strongest one out of those 3. We'll know more about Galbrena when her beta starts later this week.
