The Last Human

I always thought it was weird that Adeline is not only a human, but the only one on Planet Popstar (especially since Earth is CANONICALLY DEAD in the Kirby games), and she's a little girl too.
Like, how the fuck did she get here?
And why is it that she's a rando human (possibly the LAST OF HER KIND) surrounded by fantasy critters?
