When you ask "would you date a foreigner" Japanese people do not think "white man." They think Chinese, Korean, Taiwanese, and the like. It's like asking Americans if they'd "date an immigrant" and when they say "no" turning around and trying to tell people from idk like Norway that the video is about them.
