this doesn't mean anything when you're on the other side of the gun, from the developers perspective if they can use denuvo and potentially get more sales they will include it, its a simple equation
include denuvo = nobody can steal your game
don't include it = you lose sales because of piracy
with the cost of development skyrocketing more and more every year they aren't thinking about taking the gamble
