Testosterone effects vocal cords permanently. With estrogen this is not the case. Women absent testosterone in high amounts do not get a deep voice, in general. This is why females sound female.

With training I do get the weird in-between voice, but without exercising and actively changing my voice my voice sounds unmistakably male.

My theory is that transgender people inherent diaspora advantages, and the diaspora advantages cluster around the tech field. The entire tech field is based on the premise of putting on a show acting like you are competent or "performing" something, much like bourgeoisie society in general. We have perfected how to put on a character and play it, because not doing so inflicts upon us harm to the psyche. We're very very similar to Jews in almost every respect, except that we have empathy, which causes Jews to rage in anger because we have that which they cannot ever have.
