That doesnt work many nations are paying people to have kids i think its estonia where you get benefits and cant be fired within 2 years of having kids their birth rate is lower than ours. The only groups of people having kids are the religious thats it they make families and kids regardless of everything its the default model.

Today in america in our economy their are still people having kids and forming families. They are all almost exclusively the religious in religious communities. Not modern but there was a study that showed women who attend any type of church weekly have never had a birth rate under 2.0. There are working models today go look at them and copy.
