As a full time dev making management tools in C#, I do not have any crunch.
Why? Because our company is small and I do not have a retard (manager) setting deadlines for me. I negotiate that time with client myself.
Crunch is a symptom of poor time management and planning.
"Managers" only make it worse since they do not know what is the realistic timescale to finish products.
