Maybe it's too late now buy I always wanted Star Wars to be like Gundam. Meaning some shows are canon and other dont. Some focus on the main conflict aka the One Year War. That would be the civil war for SW. Also SW needs to be toyetic, cant be about 2 people in a room talking about democracy.
