Killeroids dont seem to get that half of them can quit and there would still be a killer surplus

They need to delete half the maps in the game if we're being real. That would immediately improve the quality of the average game for both sides by like 300% unless you count people who play 4 slowdown ghoul or nowhere to hide nurse as people which I don't.
