sure. the moss is train table flock, i dont remember the brand, i bought it like 15 years ago, but most hobby shops that carry model train stuff have it. was very cheap, like $10 for a liter sized bag of it. just dab some glue where you want it and swirl the base around in it.

the mud is AK dark earth and wet ground, with bits of dill and twine fibers

and the tufts are army painter swamp tufts

nah, i use texture paint and i get a pretty convincing base out of it. AK terrain texture pastes are significantly higher quality than the citadel ones and like 1/10th the price per volume. not sure how they stack up next to army painters, but AK has a better variety of textures.
