Because they are genuinely crazy and 99.9% of the time demonstrably mentally ill. The medical field throwing up their hands and giving up on figuring out how to make them better doesnt change that. Dudes in women's bathrooms and sports is, was, and will always be wrong. Surgical mutilation and lifelong synthetic hormone injections is not an ethical or even moral treatment for a mental illness. It's on the same level as lobotomies in the 19th century.
But mostly, it's the narcissism of demanding the entire planet go along with the delusion. Trying to force feed language changes to basic things like pronouns and making the most basic part of communication a chore to navigate, lest you offend the guy in the dress. It's like asking people to agree with the schizophrenic homeless man that believes he's God.
I feel bad for the LGB. The T is ruining it for them.
