That's just unfortunate, Dynamo ult + any other well-placed AoE ult (Seven, Haze, Lash) is an easy problem solver for any game. I managed to tame a Lash player once, he hit his ult, I followed up with Abrams ult immediately. Ez teamfights, ez game.

Could be his name. I've been getting a lot of afk farming zigger Vindictas lately, who end up with lots of deaths and either radio silence or no comms except for subhuman screeching.
