i thought it was very early to assume things up to recently since we hadn't seen what Carol looked like and for all intents and purposes Dess could've been a fucked up Gyftrot or half-gyftrot or something, but with the new chaps not only do we see Carol is a (mostly) normal deer-person too but there is a very normal looking silhouette of dess in the tv flashback, plus we get to see all her clothes and accessories in chapter 4 directly, so it's VERY easy to assume exactly how she looks now, only real question is hair color i guess but since Carol/Noelle are blonde and visual balance in a similar-looking family is nice, she most likely matches Rudy's hair color, which the vast majority of fanart already depicts
