Wrong. Unless you are talking about nonwhites committing how ever many multitudes of crimes on whites, then yes. Really could stand for executions or exile on threat of death. The modern obsession with sparing the life of scum is beyond naïve. I pity people on a personal level who are innocent and actually want the best, but I can separate my own sentimentality from the necessity of national policy and the intent of the nation and ideal when it was founded, which did not include outsiders.
