It's only ever said that he's in his late teens, so they keep it intentionally vague so ultimately the player decides how old he is. Personally I think he's like 16 at the youngest in 1 and in 2 it seems to be implied a few years passed while he was training extra hard to summon 2 demons so I'd suspect he's around 18 or 19 at the oldest. Young enough that adults patronize him as a kid since he dresses like a student, but old enough that he's not literally a child.

God I hope yume and fujo money gets us Raidou 2 as well. But they should stop there because if Yamai makes his modern day Raidou 3 I'll be pretty pissed.
