The more SNES games I play, the more I realize its library is way overrated
It has a lot of "good" games, but only two that I would class as exceptional (ALTTP and DKC2).
While even N64, despite its very small library, manages to have more than a half dozen exceptional games (Zelda OoT, Zelda MM, Sin & Punishment, Star Fox 64, Rogue Squadron, Paper Mario, and Banjo Kazooie).

The more games I play on the SNES, the more I realize the library is actually pretty mediocre. If you're not a huge JRPG fan, there's really not a ton there for you. I think honestly I enjoyed more games on the N64 and NES than the SNES.
Link to the Past and DKC2 are the only standout games on the system for me.
