It's more expensive than a normal spearhead set, I would actually expect the spearhead to be mostly the same but smaller, probably just the cannon, no big bull.

I'm glad we can have dwarves that aren't all flanderized tolkien dwarfs and so they can be actually unique, which they should be as evil dwarves. If it bothers you so much, you can just headcannon it as the ones without beards having magic stone aids on their chins keeping their hair from growing.
